QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• Masteral Degree - Business Management w/ background in Legal                                                   Management, Govt. Laws, or related fields
• BS in Management or other related courses
• Civil Service Professional, Second Level
• Coordinates and supervises the HR personnel, records, purchasing, facilities and supplies/inventory of the agency
• Preferably with 5 years related work experience

CHIEF CHIEF INDUSTRIAL DESIGN SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

• Masteral Degree - Industrial Design or Graphic and Design Arts, Architecture with background
• BS in Industrial Design
• Civil Service Professional, Second Level
• Supervise all design services to local manufacturing SMEs aimed to improve the quality and competitiveness of their products both in the domestic and export markets
• Reviews, analyzes and recommends project proposals and reports, related to product development and design
• Initiate close coordination with industry leaders, design practitioners,manufacturers, govt. offices, and design schools
• Preferably with 5 years related work experience

FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT OFFICER II

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

• CPA - Lawyer
• Civil Service Professional, Second Level
• Manage the budgeting, accounting and finance function of the agency.
• Knowledge in Government accounting principles, rules and regulation will be an advantage.
• Preferably with 5 years related work experience
